Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 58(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 58(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Kemplen objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, CSHB 58(FIN) was advanced to third reading. 2000-04-17 House Journal Page 3226 HB 58 CSHB 58(FIN) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 58(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 58(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
